Examinations and Reports
- 1. Progress of the pupil is assessed by the internal and external assessment. The following exams are conducted by the school under Tri-Semester System. Semester Schedule:

- 2. Seven or Nine revision tests for Std.10 and 12 before final exams.
- 3. Answer scripts of all these examinations, except that of the final will be given back after evaluation.
- 4. Minimum pass mark is 40. Students will be graded according to their total marks. Grades are fixed as follows: (Total of FA + SA) Grading Table:

- 5. Progress report on the academic performance of the ward in the mid-terminal and Semestral exams is issued to the parents in person on scheduled dates. Progress reports will not be issued in their absence.
- 6. A1 grade badge will be awarded to eligible students.
- 7. General proficiency certificates are awarded to the pupils on the basis of merit.
- 8. In case of students who need improvement, parents are requested to take necessary remedial or corrective measures in consultation with the concerned subject teacher and the Principal.
- 9. Pupils who absent themselves from the examination without grave reasons will be considered failed. No exam will be conducted for any absentee.
